Role Overview:As a Lead Specialist, you will be instrumental in converting leads into bookings through strategic outbound calling initiatives. You will also take the lead in piloting a centralized customer contact center, collaborating with the Dir of Portfolio Operations to develop and refine automation, processes, and training strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and retention of our patient base, ensuring a superior experience for every new client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage potential clients through outbound calls, discussing our services and guiding them through the booking process.
- Lead Conversion: Communicate the value of V/O Med Spa and our medical aesthetics treatments, aiming to convert leads into bookings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain positive relationships with leads, offering personalized assistance and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Inbound Communication: Manage inquiries via phone, web, and email, providing information and support to prospective clients.
- Consultative Selling: Educate patients about our services, overcoming objections, and delivering a “white glove” experience before their clinic visit.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm consultation and treatment appointments, contributing to smooth clinic operations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead information, appointments, and other relevant data in CRM systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Track outbound calling metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Training Support: Assist in developing and delivering training materials for customer contact center staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Wellness and/or Medspa calling experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leads.
- Interest in medical aesthetics and a willingness to learn about our services.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales metrics.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
